Refund Policy

Short version: credits are refunded on technical failure, not on subjective dislike. Generative AI is probabilistic — your taste and the model's output may not always align.

When you'll be refunded automatically

  • The generation pipeline failed before producing an audio file (network error, WaveSpeed timeout, model error).
  • Your account was charged but the song did not save to your Library.
  • Duplicate charge from a Razorpay billing error (same pack purchased twice in < 60 seconds).

In all of the above, your credit balance is automatically restored. No action needed on your part — usually within seconds.

When we will NOT refund

  • The song was successfully generated but you didn't like the result (mood, vocals, lyrics, cover art).
  • The pronunciation of a name or word doesn't match your preference exactly — try the “Try again” button for a fresh take.
  • Buyer's remorse on an unused credit pack — credits are non-refundable once purchased. They never expire if you stay an active user, so use them anytime.
  • Prompt-policy violations (explicit, hateful, or harmful content) — these requests are rejected before any charge.

Free preview and signup credits

Anonymous previews (1 per day per IP) and signup bonus credits (3 on signup) are promotional — they cannot be converted to cash or refunded.

How to dispute a charge

If you believe a charge is genuinely incorrect, email support@sureelo.com within 7 days of the transaction with:

  • Razorpay payment ID
  • Date and approximate time
  • The issue (technical failure, duplicate charge, etc.)

We respond within 2 working days. Approved refunds settle to the original payment method in 5–7 working days via Razorpay.

Chargebacks

Please email us first — chargebacks raised directly with your bank without contacting Sureelo will result in your account being suspended pending review. Most disputes are resolved faster by email than through a chargeback.
